How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying

How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying starts when ambitious window washer, J. Pierrepont Finch, happens upon a book that offers instructions on the quickest way up the corporate ladder to success. Following the book’s instructions, Finch quickly lands a job in the mailroom of the World Wide Wicket Company. With the help of his handy book, Finch quickly gains promotions and outsmarts his rival, Bud Frump who also happens to be the boss’s nephew. Finch also gains the love of Rosemary, a secretary at the company. In the end, however, after Finch’s TV ad campaign goes terribly awry, he discovers that the book can no longer help him. He is forced to rely on his own wits and performs so admirably that he is promoted to Chairman of the Board! And he gets the girl.

Based on the classic animated film, Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS is a fur-raising adventure featuring Cruella De Vil, Disney’s most outrageous villain, and 101 of the most adorable heroes to set their paws onstage. With a high-spirited score and lovable characters, this stage adaptation is certain to charm and delight all audiences.

Pet owners, Roger and Anita, live happily in London with their Dalmatians, Pongo and Perdita, stalwart dogs devoted to raising their puppies. Everything is quiet until Anita’s former classmate, the monstrous Cruella De Vil, plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat. The Dalmatians rally all the dogs of London for a daring rescue of the puppies from Cruella and her bumbling henchmen.

Who We Are:

Established in 2004, ACT Players is home to a diverse group of individuals who share a common passion for the “performing arts”, both on the stage and in the wings. We are not simply actors, but directors, pit musicians, producers, costumers, choreographers, light and sound technicians, and most importantly, we are volunteers who support an organization built on core family values, inclusiveness, pride, fellowship, talent, mutual respect, and love for the theater.
