Yes. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day of the event, but it is strongly recommended that you purchase tickets online prior to our most popular productions, (i.e. our Summer Musicals).
Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the start of a production or event.
Please arrive in time to be seated and familiarize yourself with the venue.
The summer musical is typicall at a larger venue and parking information will be posted on the event page.
For our smaller productions at the New London UMC Social Hall in Lincoln University, PA, parking is limited.
You are strongly encourage to arrive early in order to find suitable parking.
If seats are available, tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show. Tickets, however, are not refundable. If a show is sold out, there will be a waitlist open and ticket refunds can be requested by emailing tickets@actplayers.org. Your ticket will only be refunded if another patron is on the waiting list.
If ACT Players cancels an event, you will be contacted by email and a refund will be issued from Ludus, our fundraising platform.
