Hosted by ACT On Demand, this first annual event blends live improv and drama performances with a curated outdoor vendor market.
Vendor Information
10×10 Vendor Spaces: $50 each
Special: 2 spaces for $75
Food Trucks: $75 (must be licensed)
Schedule:
- Set-up begins at 9:30 AM
- All vehicles must be moved by 10:30 AM
- Event runs 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Breakdown begins at 4:00 PM
- All vendors must be off-site by 5:30 PM
Space Assignment: Spaces are assigned by the organizer. Requests to be near specific vendors will be accommodated when possible.
Important Requirements
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and displays
- Tents are permitted but must be weighted at each corner
- Vendors must supply their own power (if needed)
- This is an outdoor event
All vendors must:
- Comply with local, state, and federal laws
- Obtain any required permits or licenses
- Ensure all items and displays are family-friendly
🚫 No smoking, alcohol, or drugs permitted on park property

Payment & Policies
Payment is due by May 16, 2026 to reserve your space. Payments can be made above.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer
If canceled, fees may be refunded or credited toward a future event.
Conduct Policy
Organizers reserve the right to remove vendors for:
Unsafe or inappropriate behavior
Disruptive conduct
Sale of prohibited items
Violation of event policies
No refunds will be issued if removal occurs.
