01. How Do I Purchase Tickets For An Event?

Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day of the production or event or online.

To improve your chances of seeing our productions or events, we encourage you to purchase your tickets online.

02. When Do Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets typically go on sale 50 – 55 days prior to an event or production.

03. Can I Buy Tickets At The Door On The Day Of The Event?​

Yes. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the day of the event, but it is strongly recommended that you purchase tickets online prior to our most popular productions, (i.e. our Summer Musicals).

04. When Do The Doors Open For A Show?​​

Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the start of a production or event.

Please arrive in time to be seated and familiarize yourself with the venue.

05. Where Can I Park?​​​

Ample parking for our Summer Musical is available at the newly renovated Avon Grove Middle School in West Grove, PA.

For our smaller productions at the United Methodist Fellowship Hall in Lincoln University, PA, parking is limited.

You are strongly encourage to arrive early in order to find suitable parking.

06. What is ACT Players’ refund policy?

If seats are available, tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show. Tickets, however, are not refundable.

07.What if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
If ACT Players cancels an event, you will be contacted by email and a refund will be issued from Give Butter, our fundraising platform.

Established in 2004, ACT Players is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization and is home to a diverse group of individuals who share a common passion for the “performing arts”, both on the stage and in the wings. We are not simply actors, but directors, pit musicians, producers, costumers, choreographers, light and sound technicians, and most importantly, we are volunteers who support an organization built on core family values, inclusiveness, pride, fellowship, talent, mutual respect, and love for the theater.
